h) Anything related to illegal activity
5. You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. 250mb.net reserves the right to remove content which is deemed in 250mb.net sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies 250mb.net has in place at the time.
6. You or 250mb.net may terminate your Account at any time for any reason.
7. 250mb.net will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any files lost and corrupted which may occur from a system crash or hard disk failure. 12. 250mb.net does not charge VAT until 250mb.net reaches the legal threshold for VAT. After this time VAT will charged on all transactions.
13. 250mb.net will not offer any assistance for web site building. 250mb.net is not responsible and will not assist in the homepage or site building for any customer or account holder.
